Where are Books files stored?

Hi all,

Connect Nexus phone to PC - in Windows Explorer open Internal Storage on the phone.

I see many folders but no Books folder to transfer PDF files.

I copied a PDF to the Download folder but it does not show up in the Books app, and worse, it does not show up in the Downloads app.

1) So, where do I put PDFs and  how do I find them and open them?

2) What files do show up in the Downloads app? BTW I have d/l many apps and they are not in the Download folder either.

I have opened every folder and searched for PDF on the Nexus and the file I copied is not found. Search goes to the Google web search.

3) How to search for files stored locally on the Nexus?

Re: Where are Books files stored?
I use the app Astro File Manager that's free from the market to browse, and move files around within your internal torage directory.
