Why Can't I Send Or Receive MMS?

Im having a bad experience with my S7 edge. I have since upgraded to the Note 8 and it is doing it as well. Where it wont send or receive MMS for a period of time, then all the messages come through at once, out of order. So FRUSTRATING!!!

This would frustrate me as well, LERMAT7. As messaging is a main form of communication now days. Congratulations on your Note8! How long have you had it? Has this been happening since you got this phone? What Messaging application are you using? Does it happen with every message? Please share details so we can better assist you.
