For the past 12 hours or so my phone is only 3G and it should be 4G. I didn't change any setting and I've been at home and at work - same as usual. It's always 4G. What's the problem?

Can you check the cellular network mode and see what it is set to? It should be LTE/CDMA mode.

Let's try the easy fix first. Your device may just need to get updated with our network. Try turning it off for a minute and then back on again. Let us know if that helps.
