I can download the upgrade no prob,but when I attempt to install it, it installs for 2 min. Then restarts. Says upgrade failed,error code 402. What is error code 402 and how can I repair it so I can install the update?

we had to use the upgrade assistant program that you can install on a computer to do the update that way. It seems if you try to use the OTA method it always fails to install.
