Why cant verizon sim card an unlocked Note 9 to my account

I can get a note 9 in two days unlocked but verizon store will not sim card to my account? Verizon cant get them for a month. What???

If you currently have service with VzW and your device uses a nano SIM card, just move the card from the current device to the new device.
