Why didnt the note edge get updated like the note 4?
Isn't it just amazing? The Note 4 is the brother phone, exactly the same except for the edge features, and that was updated in the beginning of January. This company is awful. Just completely set aside the most expensive phone they have offered and could care less. We have been the last on all updates. I thought they were trying to do at the very least monthly security updates but the last we got was the end of November. There is no explanation for this other then the department responsible for updates must be one or two people. Unfortunately no staff in this forum will be able to answer you with anything other then some canned response. Amazing customer care.
