I have had verizon for over 20 years for cell provider and in the past month the service at my home and around my area has been horrible... can't call or text from my Galaxy S10e ... the Tech chat said to reset the network settings... did that still no service and it's not just me.. my husband and neighbors have all had the same experience. We are seriously considering changing providers to get better service.

Many seem to be having this issue but weeks later still nothing more than Verizon script reply
