Why does Verizon show no loyalty to their loyal customers?

Verizon wireless shows absolutely zero loyalty to their loyal customers. 

 

I've been with Verizon wireless since pre 2003.. They have shown no loyalty towards me.. ZERO, NADA..

 

Showing zero loyalty to their loyal customers shows that they do not care about us.. It shows that they feel that they have a monopoly on our subscriptions, it shows that they do not care about us. 

After looking at my bill and seeing how much I have been charged over the past couple of years I decided to give them a call and see what they could do to lower my bill. I've spoke to one of the rudest customer service representative I have felt with in my life. That just shows the audacity that verizon wireless has a culture by displaying their arrogance attitude towards a customer like myself. 

Well I pretty much had enough and as much as I dont want to, I'm going to ATT&T wireless. Their service may not be up to Verizon wireless but its compatible, I am also going to lobby to my team at work to discontinue their Verizon account.. I'm going out on my own and get a quote from ATT&T and present this to the management team in hopes of us switching accounts. 

 

My actions might not hurt verizon  stock but it's 2 less accounts that Verizon has (my family plan, and my work corporate account) 

 

My post is probably going to be deleted but that's ok.

 because all any of us are is a number to them there is no customer  loyalty  with any company anymore  only the bottom line  of how much money can they make and how fast
