Hello so I recently got a new phone from Verizon after my first Galaxy had software problems and since I got a new phone I have been having trouble with my SIM card randomly disconnecting. It will happen any time of the day and it doesn't seem like bumping it or moving it around has much affect on when it does. I am normally online and then no service will pop up and then in red a notification comes down and says that SIM has been disconnected. I wait about 20 seconds and it reconnects and service comes back on. It doesn't make any sense and it does it at least 5 times a day. Did anyone else have this problem? And if so, how do you fix it? I have tried pulling the SIM card and putting it back in and also cleaning it but neither of them had any affect.
