This issue is making me insane! I run a business and my phone regularly does not ring when someone tries to call and doesn't show a missed call, if they leave a voicemail that will pop up (but only when using the old school voicemail NOT visual voicemail), otherwise I have no idea anyone even tried to call.
I have done all kinds of troubleshooting and spent an exhausting and aggravating amount of time on customer service calls, I even upgraded to a new phone but it still happens several times a week. Help!
