Hi, I'm considering switching to Visable with my current S9 phone.
Question, why is my S9 still locked when its been paid in full & in good standing for years with Verizon. From what I have read in Verizons docs, if the account is in good standing & the phone is paid in full after 60 days Verizon automatically unlocks the phone?
Thanks!

I am sorry about your concern with a locked device. you are correct a device is unlocked 90 days after activation or when paid in full. please reach out to us to verify the lock status of your device. We are on social media platforms. to confirm the unlock staties here is an FAQ. https://www.verizon.com/support/device-locking-faqs/

The FAQs say 60 days before the phone is unlocked. You wrote 90 days. Please clarify.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
