Hello,
I received software update message for MMB29M.N910VVRU2CPG2 version. However, After download is successful and install preparation goes to 10%, phone dies and installation fails. There is no way for me to update the phone when it dies at same stage of installation.
Also, Since last month there is lag and sudden reboot on Galaxy Note 4 Verizon version that makes it impossible to use the phone. Is anybody experiencing this. Also, now when it dies, It is impossible for me to turn it on again. i need to soft reset every time to revive the phone. There are charging issue when i charge with original charger it says fast charging is not available and use the original charger. There are so much problem with the phone.
Is anybody have same issue ?

I would suggest backing up the device, factory restoring it, and then trying to update BEFORE restoring your stuff to the phone.
ShameonyouVerizon,
We definitely want to make sure your device is working in tip top shape. There definitely seems to be a lot going on with it now. When did all the troubles begin? Is the device currently backed up?
