Hi there. My wife has been having issues getting calls when on different wifi networks so we wanted to make sure that her phone is set up for wi-fi calling. All of the online resources list the steps of how to turn this on via the settings menu or via the phone app settings but on our Samsung S23 Ultras the wi-fi calling option does not exist in settings the way that it is described. Does anyone have any ideas? We have tried to chat but chat on the Verizon site and app has been unavailable for 4 days straight now.
