Our phones keep saying wi-fi disconnected. Home internet is working fine.

For 3 1/2 months. Just took it to a Verizon store and they had no idea. So I bought a new one. I tried you tech thing and never got an answer. Not very helpful. Very disappointed in Verizon. Now I have a phone that no one will want to buy.
