Recently got Verizon and with my old carrier I could find the WiFi calling option in settings and turn it on. With Verizon the option is missing out of the settings app, and the phone app settings. I already chatted with Verizon and they enabled the WiFi calling and it still is missing. How do I get WiFi calling enabled?
I'm also wondering if it's normal for RCS chats to take a while to set up. It has said "Verifying phone number" in the RCS chat settings for a while...

Have you tried searching on Verizon's website for your phone's make/model and seeing if the troubleshooting offered there will help, or Googling? If you only just ported in, maybe your port is still in progress, so if it's been less than 2 days since you joined, wait a few more days for your port to finalize.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

I have tried online troubleshooting, nothing that I can find helps. I ported in yesterday and I got the text saying the port was complete.
