Have been using wifi calling for quite a while. At some point after an update earlier this year, my sg10+ began having issues with this great feature. People speaking go in and out. Some calls will freeze and disconnect. Some calls become "digitally" w/garbled voice.
I restart my phone 1x per week. Doesnnot help.
I turned off HD calling, and that didn't help. I went to another home, another office, etc., still no joy.
I turn off wifi calling & problem goes away. Was there something in an update this year has made this feature unusabl?

I, too, utilize the Wi-Fi Calling feature on my smartphone to help improve indoor coverage while using my device. It's important that this feature is working as expected. I'm sorry if this hasn't been your experience with your device since updating the device software. I'd love to help.
What is the current software version number of your Samsung Galaxy S10+ device: http://spr.ly/6609GNck1? Since updating your device software, have you factory reset your device: http://spr.ly/6600GNckG?

We appreciate the details. Have you attempted any other troubleshooting steps? If so, can you please tell us what you have done? I do not want to have you repeat any steps.
The next thing I'd have you do is reset your network settings: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-223009/
This step will remove any stored Wi-Fi passwords/Bluetooth connections. Reconnect to your home network and let us know if this step helped.
