I have rebooted my Galaxy S5 four times now and always agree to install the Software Upgrade Assistant/Software Repair Assistant to support my phone but have this error: "Windows cannot find ....VZW_Software_upgrade_assistant.exe". Is this because Vista is too old?
Cpatters4az, I want to make sure that weโre able to get your Galaxy S5 is working in great shape. I was able to do some research for the software upgrade assistance. Iโm showing that you should have no issues with getting it installed on a Windows Vista operating system. Have you been able to use the software upgrade assistance before in the past on this computer or is this the first time trying to run it?
