Worst service ever

My S23 Ultra did the big software update a couple of weeks ago and now I have just awful service. 5 bars of 5G at work is now 1 or 2, decent 4G service at home has been turned into no service inside half of my house.
28 years with Verizon and I'm done.

Oh no! We would hate to see you go after 28 years. Experiencing signal issues after performing a software update could be related to several factors. Have you performed any troubleshooting steps? We'd like to have you try a Network Settings Reset if you haven't already. You can do so by following the steps below:
Settings > General management > Reset > Reset Network Settings
