So the verizon store had this great deal on a note 10+ on cyber monday.
Unfortunately, like today i was on a call floor and unable to give it my full attention.
My girlfriend paid our account off so i could have the amazing new tech 2 weeks ahead
of when i had it budgeted for it, call it an early christmas.
I filled this order out at least 3 times before succeeding in buying the wrong phone s10+ this time
with the same options and deal as the note 10+
Amazingly the system accepted this order and apparenly began shipping since i immediately
started a text chat with a verizon customer service rep to cancel it.
Today this phone arrived, i dropped it into a UPS shipment drop off
and am now going to have to wait 14 days to even consider buying a new note 10+
I was told by no less than 3 account services reps that the phone wouldn't ship and I would
beable to get a note 10+ today, but alas, nothing but lies.

I can certainly understand your frustration throughout this whole ordeal, thatoneguy1. Getting the right promotion for the correct device is important, and we want to be able to help you get this situation fixed. Was this order completed online or through your app? Also, what promotion was it?

So by "that guy" you mean blame Verizon cause you bought the wrong phone, and they very efficiently shipped it out so you get it ASAP?

If customer service had said that i had to wait in the begining i would not be "that guy" but hey, you know what i'm thinking.

You should always do you! But if they manage to fix this and still get the deal, please update. It seems unlikely, but who knows
