I'm getting "Your call cannot be completed as the called party is temporarily unavailable" on an outbound call from my Samsung S10e to one particular "known good number".
Attempting to call the "known good number" from a landline or any other mobile phone works and caller ID is properly displayed.
Now when I make an call while using that same "known good number" as above to my Samsung S10e and it works but with an incorrect caller ID.
So the issue is with an outbound call to this one particular "known good number".
Something has changed..?
When I make a call using my Samsung S10e to the "known good number" it is now working.

We want to be sure things work as they should be, mattbooth101. It is good to hear the outbound calling was resolved. Let's focus on that caller ID. Is the "known good number" you refer to a cell phone or a landline phone? To be sure, does your caller ID have any issues with any other number that you are aware of?
