My phone constantly jumps off of 5Guw which appears to have good bars and stability, over to 5G constantly. While in 5G there is no data at all. Only normal voice calls work in that mode. Then just have to wait until it switches back to 5Guw after 5 or 10 mins, for another 5 to 10 mins until it switches back to 5G again. This seems to happen anywhere but I notice it most at work likely due to me using it most there. This is inside an single level office near the corner of SE 29th St and S Meridian Ave in Oklahoma City, OK, just north of the airport. At home I am under wifi of course. I don't have that option at work. What causes this and is there a way to fix it or make it better? I don't understand why 5G has no data at all. I would understand slower speeds, but it literally has zero throughput at all while in 5G vs 5Guw. I don't see any settings for 4G or roaming or ANY other mode for that matter. Any help is appreciated. (Note: This is second Z Fold 3 I have had due to a replacement, and same issue for both units)

Hello, wc5b, thank you for reaching out regarding your 5G service. When in a 5GUWB area, your phone should be showing the 5GUWB indicator while there is an active data session. While not using data, your phone should be showing 5G. Is this what you are seeing on your phone?
