I've got to see fold three that I got less than 2 years ago and the inside screen the big screen is totally worthless it's completely black I've asked and asked and asked to see if Samsung would repair it or make it right because I'm still paying a high price for a $2,000 phone. Well I don't get any response from Verizon other than you need to pay your bill well I would if I had a phone that I could use. I've been with them for over 2 years been paying on this phone now and it's basically a piece of junk a $2,000 paperweight and I haven't even finished paying for it it's it's crazy. I will be going to a different carrier you can believe that.

Verify your exact Samsung warranty status based on the purchase date. Standard warranty is typically 1 year.
Check if you purchased device insurance (like Verizon Protect or Samsung Care+). If yes, file a claim through them. This is often the primary route after 1 year.
If out of warranty and no insurance, contact Samsung Support directly for out-of-warranty repair options and costs for the inner screen failure.
Verizon manages the device payment plan; Samsung handles manufacturer hardware issues/warranty. The payment obligation usually remains even if the device is broken or you switch carriers.
