My phone will not update from the backup system on my computer.  Any suggestions?

I apologize to hear that the backup assistant application is not working correctly. I have provided some information below that may help.

Try taking the .CSV file off the website and importing it into your Gmail account. I have provided the instruction in an article below:

***In step 10 follow the Android option to import the .CSV file and the changes will be synchronized over-the-air via Gmail (on the Fascinate).

***Also check to ensure Gmail is set to auto sync

I can't seem to get backup assistant to do it's thing either. I'm not going through the google stuff either.
