how do i block voicemail for someone on my contact list who is already blocked?

When you block a number on your phone, your phone won't ring when the person calls you, but the caller can still leave voicemails.

Block them via My Verizon rather than your phone. You can block up to five numbers free for 90 days, then reblock every 90 days as needed or else subscribe to Smart Family.
