I don't get a beep or anything when I am on the phone and someone tries to call.  It goes straight to voicemail.  Anyone know how to fix that so I can know that I am receiving a call?  The instructions that I found said to go to settings and then features but I can not find a features listed.

Call waiting is a feature that would have to be attached on the account. If your phone is going straight to voicemail without informing you of a incoming call, the feature may have been removed off of the account.
