Making sure you’re able to reach your voicemail is a must, Shell49. When did this issue first start happening? What zip code are you located in? What happens if you try to access the web with Wi-Fi disabled? What happens if you dial *86?

The Samsung Galaxy S3 might not be compatible with the visual voicemail application anymore. Verizon Wireless discontinued visual voicemail for certain older phones that used an older system to access the Visual Voicemail.
