During the time frame of the last couple of weeks (Oct-Nov 2024) I had an appointment with Alex at the Alderwood store.  I informed him I had recently purchased a new Samsung phone through Verizon and was still having issues with my setup and proceeded to show him on my phone. At this point, since he had not looked up from his own phone yet, I asked him if I was interrupting him and, still without looking up, he said no and that he could sell me a new phone. I told him, again, that I had just purchased one and had a couple of setup questions.  Finally he tore his eyes away from his phone and took a look at what I was referring to. His response was "Hmmm....weird" and went back to his own phone.  I asked if he could help with this and he said no, but he could sell me a new phone.  I told him for the third time that I had just purchased a new phone and asked him if, as a Verizon employee of a Verizon store, was he truly unable to help me with what was probably a simple setup task?  In so many words, he told me that wasn't his job.  Time wasted, problem unresolved, customer lost.  Thanks, Alex.
