another issue. I am trying to set up email accounts from my own domain. I did it wrong the first time, and now am trying to correct my configuration per my host's instructions. But I cannot change or delete the account. Any insight?
The easiest way to delete this is to go to the messaging folder on the applications tab.
4. Manage Accounts
5. Choose Account
6. Remove Account.
This should let you successfully delete the account.
Ummm... no. There was something wrong here, and I had to bring the phone in to the local store. She said the only fix to my problem was to wipe out the whole phone.. which she did. And then she restored my hundreds of contacts, and totally screwed it up.. it took me 1/2 day to recover from this fiasco. I won't be asking the local store to do anything for me again.
