galaxy s 10 Microphone

I see a lot of people having problems with the microphone. but i do not see a solution. The caller tells me they cannot here me. But when i turn my phone upside down and use the top mic they here me just fine. but of course with my phone upside down i can hear them.

Has any one found a solution?
