how can i get a verizon representive on the phone with me?

I am trying to talk to a Verizon Representative on the phone?? How can I make this happen?

Try using the VZW Tech Coach app.  You can download it from the Play Store.  With it you can either call or chat with VZW tech reps from the app.   If need be, the reps can get into your phone to diagnose or fix problems.

Does calling 1-800-922-0204 or *611 from your phone not work?
