im trying to see if anybody can help me. I need to know how you can compose a new email. I've been trying to do it but i can not find the option.  helllllllllllllpppppppppppp

Are you saying that the virtual keyboard is not displayed on the screen when you start a new email in the email app? Or something else?

Have you clicked on the email icon and set up your email settings on your phone?  If so, when you are in your default email account, hit the menu key and it will bring up your options to do.  Hit the compose key........up comes the keyboard.
