I have a Galaxy S4. How do I transfer info from my current microSD to a new one that has more memory?

One option is to connect the phone to your computer with the USB cable, and then 'drag and drop' all the files into a folder on your computer.  Then swap the SD cards in the phone, reconnect the USB cable to the computer, and 'drag and drop' the files from the folder on the computer to the new SD card.
