how to delete apps ?

I am tired of having these apps on my  cell and cant delete them. anyone know how>?

NFS shift. tetris, mobile IM, Amazon kindle, books. Thanks

The application that were pre-installed can't be removed from the device through the normal means. You can remove the icon from your homescreens, but they will remain in the app drawer.
