If it is the note 7 you can back it up on your computer with smart switch and then just plug your new phone into the computer swipe the screen down and change the usb to file transfer. This will work if your new phone is a samsung

You should be able to transfer them via Samsung Smart Switch. On the Note 7 or anything newer, it can be found in Settings > Backup & reset. If the other phone is an older Android phone, you'll need to download the smart switch app on it. If all else fails, then as long as you're using the same Google account on the new device, you should be able to go to "My Apps & Games" in the Play Store and your previously downloaded apps may be listed there for re-download.
