MIPE54, we certainly wouldn’t want you to be locked out. We’re here to help turn things around for you. It looks like you have a Galaxy S8 or a Galaxy S8+. Can you tell us more about what exactly you’re currently locked out of? For example, are you locked out of your device, an application, or My Verizon. Having these details will be a great help for us so we can further assist. Additionally, can you tell us how long you’ve been locked out for and what happened that seemed to cause you to be locked out?
