images not delivered, failure on bluetooth

All the images i send to anyone seem not to get delivered.

The phone all of a sudden just truncates while connected via bluetooth in my new car. Worked perfectly for two months, unplug phone, phone then works, pairing procedure initiated multiple times, still the phone fails.

I go to Verizon store, woman states, i can't go outside the bldg., I'm a prisoner here, you're on your own.

I said, "Thank you Verizon".

Re: images not delivered, failure on bluetooth

I have provided some information below that may help with the picture messages and Bluetooth issue’s.

Step 1 – Complete a soft reset (Instruction below)

-Power off the device

-Pull the battery out of the device for 20 seconds

-Place the battery back in the device

-Power the device back on

Step 2 – Complete a update on the device (Instruction below)

-Dial *228 and press send.

-Press option 1 once the automated recording prompts you.

-Wait approximately 45 seconds for the programming to complete

Step 3 – Retest a picture message and Bluetooth.

Step 4 – If Step 3 did not work, make sure all your pictures are backed up on the memory card and reset the messaging application(s). (Instructions provided in the article below)

**You may want to do this on the Bluetooth application as well.

Step 5 – Try removing the existing Bluetooth profile, and adding it back. I have included instructions on Bluetooth pairing and discovery mode below:

Step 6 – Ensure the devices software is current. To ensure the device is current, follow the instructions below on checking for software updates.

-Press Menu

-Select Settings

-About phone

-Select system updates

Step 7 – If there are no system updates, and you have reset the appropriate applications (Bluetooth and Messaging applications), the final step would be a hard reset. I have included the instruction article below on how to complete this step.

***Please note***Performing a hard reset will remove ALL data including the Google account, system data, application data, application settings, and downloaded applications. Only perform this reset if absolutely necessary.
