My husband and I both have Galaxy fold fours and when we try to send an MMS or a gift to our kids on iPhones we're all on the Verizon network same plan and it doesn't work I get a message no valid recipient for MMS what do I do now

Keeping you connected is our number one priority. Is this only happening with these 2 other lines? Are they having issues with receiving picture messages from other users?

My hubby and I are on Android our kids are on iphone and when I try to send a gif or pic I get no valid recipient for MMS.. I've tried removing them clearing cache restart and readd it didn't work. Tried other messages apps no luck.... Help

Click on the profile name of the poster asking for a PM. Individual Verizon agents are unable to receive PM's so you have to send it to vzw_customer_service. Whether the individual agent asking for the PM is online when you send it and they see it is hit or miss at best.
