loosing my voice mail messages

what is the best way to save my voice mail messages. I'm having my number changed and I want to save my mothers last voice message, after passing away.

Being able to save precious messages from your mom can be very important. Depending on whether you have Basic or Visual Voicemail, storage options can vary. Which make and model device are you using? Do you have a Basic or Visual VM? I strongly recommend not changing your mobile number until after you confirm the message has been saved. Is there a particular reason the phone number has to be changed? -Rita K.
