I upgraded from S8+ to S9. Everything was supposed to be transferred over, but I can't find the voicemails that I have been saving for 11 years. They were from my grandson when he was little and now he is 14. Is there a miracle as to how I can get them back?

I just want to gather some additional information from you so I can provide you with the best answer. How are you trying to access your voicemail to retrieve these messages? When was the last time you were able to listen to the messages? Have you called your Voicemail Box from a device other than your cellphone?

unless you've made some provision to store specific voicemails, they will be removed as new vm's come in or your caller will be told your vm is full.
