When I open my family account to view usage details, it will show me all texts and data usage. But when I click on the minutes (and it clearly says the number of minutes that have been used), it just comes back that there is "no available call log for this line."
Kind of strange being as there was a call log yesterday? I wondered if there was a way my daughter could have changed the settings, but not sure how shew would bypass the fact that she is not an account manager.
