I bought the nfl live screen set up but can't figure out how to get it to work?

Try powering the device off, then back on.  

Then dial *228 send and option 1. 

Open NFL Mobile Draft application.

Click the link to download the new version.

Make sure the application is downloaded.

Download steps:

• Select Market.
• Select Verizon (upper right hand corner).
• Select NFL Mobile.

If already downloaded.

Open NFL Mobile Draft application.

Click the link to download the new version.

Remove the old application (On Android devices only).

Remove app from Android: settings > applications > manage applications > select NFL Mobile by Hands on Mobile > uninstall. 

If problem persists 

NFL Mobile is exclusive to Verizon Wireless and provides football fans with unprecedented information and access to the NFL® (National Football League) via a downloadable application on select devices over the nation's largest 3G network. 

NFL mobile streaming video is not available in and around the stadiums where games are taking place.

• Live Streaming Video, NFL App V CAST Video, NFL Network and RedZone is blocked on the device at the stadium at which any game is being played. This includes a one mile radius of that stadium.
• Video Block starts one hour before kickoff and lasts for five hours.
• Users are able to access the basic features of NFL Mobile, including streaming audio, scores and news.
• Users are able to access Video Features through the use of Wi-Fi is a Wi-Fi network that supports video is available.

The NFL Mobile application may block certain games according to NFL (National Football League) policy on blackout restrictions. This typically occurs when a game is not sold out and would be only relevant to the local market where the game is being played.
