My gps on note 3 not working. I got my phone few months back. Any help ?

I am sorry to hear that your GPS is not working on your phone. Would you be able to power the phone on and off for me? When did this issue start occuring?

Verizon customer support, it began when the KitKat update came out and everyone of you,know this, along with the Note3 owners. Along with the dropped called excellent signal strength until a call comes in, then the signal drops out totally.
If you have location set to on, the battery is drained within six hours due to the phone attempting to lock a GPS signal

Thank you for the information. We will figure out what is going on for you. What appilcation are you using to access the GPS? (i.e. chrome, maps) Have you attempted a factory reset?
