my Samsung S21 It has a large square in the center with an arrow in it, and below it says "download." Some English text on how to cancel and some Asian text. i pushed the volume down button & side button & it reset, but then shortly after that my phone just shut off. its not coming back on
That is indeed some strange behavior, proproblems, and we are here to help. What happened with your device prior to this download screen popping up? What happens when you try to power your phone on now?
