somtime yesterday my phone changed its screen unlock pattern on me when I changed my font. I tried using the pattern lock and it locked my ohone on me after 15 attempts. So my issue is that I cannot remember my google password to now unlock my phone. I even tried going online and changing my password, but my phone wont accept that either. What to do? I really dont want to do a factory reset since not all my contacts dont show backed up when I came here. HELP!!!!
Mamakass, that definitely sounds like quite a dilemma you're in and I would like to help. First, verify that the phone is showing signal when attempting to unlock. Sometimes the phone may switch to airplane mode in lock mode. If the phone can't connect to internet, it won't be able to verify your Gmail password. Try resetting your password again.
