I Upgraded my plan to get 5g and my Samsung galaxy s10 does not show 5g, why?

Is your S10 the 5G model? You need both a 5G capable phone and 5G in your area.

I am a consumer too, and I want you to get everything that you pay for, Benjamang. Even if you have a 5G device, you must be in 5G coverage in order to get 5G Network on your device.
