pop3 email not working

Got the Fascinate on Monday and synced it with my pop3 email account. It worked flawlessly for the 1st day only. I have tested and tested it but nobody receieves the emails sent from my phone and I am not receiving emails that others are sending me. When I try to open an email it says "loading" and the little circle thingy that is supposed to be moving while loading is frozen. So frustrating! I love everything else about this phone and don't want to return it but I have to have email sync correctly for my business.
Can any of you techies help me?
