had Edge 7 for about 3 weeks. last week, it start rebooting randomly. did it twice this morning while streaming Iheart. other times when it is just doing nothing....
Congrats on receiving this awesome device u7mg0. I'm sorry your phone is randomly rebooting. This is not the experience we want you to have. Do you have this issue only when iHerart radio application is open? Have you tried removing the application temporarily to see if it affects the phone?

as I stated it does it randomly. the phone seems very hot when it does this.
We totally understand this happens randomly, u7mg0. Were you able to uninstall any app downloaded after setting up the phone and re-download them? Did you set the phone up with Google’s Automatic Restore?
We ask since that option can sometime cause the phone to download past versions of the apps that are not compatible with the new phone. If Google’s Automatic Restore was used when setting up your phone, then performing a Factory Data Reset may be needed http://vz.to/1QcbS8p
