s24 ultra dropping signal

I have a s24 ultra that keeps dropping signal when im in an area where verizon uses another companies towers. None of the other devices on my account have this issue, including two watches, two iphones, an s23 ultra, and a s20. They will have full bars and my ultra has a red x. Have spent hoours with tech support resetting all kinds of things and nothing has worked. I drive truck for a living and have to have a phone i can rely on. I'm thinking it has to be a problem with the phone, not network. Any ideas?

My wife and I have the S24 ultra and have the same problem. Spent hours on the phone and in the store with tech support. My wife had her phone replaced and it still drops calls, loses signal and we can't hear or be heard on calls. Verizon and Samsung need to do better. Had a tech in the store tell us that my wife was the only person who ever had that issue with the phone.

TONGAR36, let's figure out what the issue is with your S24 dropping those calls. How is your data and text performing on the phone? I realize you've already spoken to tech support, and can you give us the troubleshooting steps you've already completed?
