says voicemail full when isn't - all files completely erased and works normally when I have to call in, but I pay for the visual voicemail.

Hello, this is getting very frustrating! I keep trying to fix this issue, but to no avail.

If you have the Trash folder enabled on your phone, the deleted messages go there until you empty the Trash or disable the Trash folder altogether. If the Trash folder doesn't ever get emptied, eventually the voicemail app thinks it's full because it's out of memory due to the Trash bin hogging up all the space.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

What is our device make/model? When did the issue start? What recent changes have you made? Aside from the voicemail, any other problems? Have you been able to locate the trash folder?
