Can't send pictures on text says file to large to send. How do I size pictures on Galaxy 5?

I am so sorry to hear you are having issues sending picture messages. I understand how important it is to make sure you are able to send picture messages, especially during this time of year with the holidays coming. Let's dive a little deeper into this. Have you been able to send picture messages in the past? Are you having issues with sending all picture messgaes or just one particular picture? Also, are you attempting to re-size/change resolution on a picture you have in your gallery or on pictures you are currently taking with your camera?
